The Austrian NASCAR-Whelen-Euro-Series youngster will shorten the NASCAR summer break with a guest participation in a Formula 4 at the OMV MaxxMotion Grand Prix of Slovakia.
Patrick Schober won 4 national and international titles in this formula racing car in 2021, and 2022 is his first Euro NASCAR season. There, he was able to score several top 10 results for his Italian team DOUBLE V RACING despite some technical problems competing against more than 30 starters.
“So, the jump from Formula 4 to NASCAR wasn’t a problem for me, and I don’t think there should be a problem the other way around either. I would love to see a field as big as in NASCAR. I’m particularly excited about the new generation of cars and the difference in performance”, says Patrick Schober.
The OMV MaxxMotion Grand Prix of Slovakia takes place at the Slovakia Ring between August 19 to 21 2022.
