Since when are you racing?
I started racing in gokart since 2009. But I actually got involved with something that could drive already when I was 4 years old, started driving ATV in the garden of our home.
What was your first contact with the NWES?
My personal first contact with EuroNASCAR was probably when I got in contact with Norbert Walchhofer from DF1 Racing. But I have known the series for a few years now!
What is so special about the NWES?
I think one of the special things about Euro Nascar is the car and the atmosphere on the tracks. The car is very simple and raw to drive so its more “man and machine” to do well. And the atmosphere seems to be very American in the good way with a proper loud racecar that everyone which loves Racing can enjoy either if you are the driver, mechanics or audience.
What was your most defining moment in the NWES?
Unfortunately I haven´t really had any moments in the NWES yet so that question I will leave for the end of the season 😉
What are your goals in the NWES and in motorsports in general?
My main goal in motorsport is definitely to be a professional driver in a certain way that I can make it as my fulltime job. My goals for NWES is to make a good progress as a driver. Positioning wise its hard to tell exactly what my goal is but its definitely to be fighting at the very top every race and of course in the end of the day, the goal is to win every race, otherwise I wouldn’t be here!
On which special racetrack you would want to race?
Already for the NWES 2020 calender I see quite a lot of nice race tracks around in Europe which I’m very excited for! But if I have to pick a “Dream scenario” It could be very nice to race at Spa Francorchamps or Silverstone or maybe even Suzuka, but I guess that’s a bit far to explore in a Euro series! 🙂
What do you want to say to your and the fans of the NWES?
First of all, I want to say thanks to all the fans out there that is supporting, both for us race drivers but also for the series such as NWES! And hopefully all of us can provide you guys with a lot of close battles and good Racing in the NWES this year! And Hopefully I see a lot of you fans and supporters around the racetracks this year.
